Kathryn Stemler, PA-C, RD

Kathryn graduated from California State University Long Beach with her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She then completed an internship program through San Francisco State University to become a Registered Dietitian. Kathryn has experience in nutritional management of hospitalized and rehabilitating patients, and also has specialized expertise in nutrition for kidney care. After working as a dietitian for over 7 years, Kathryn decided to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant to practice medicine and treat patients in a more comprehensive way. She attended Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California where she earned her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Kathryn joined Allergy and Asthma Medical Group in 2022. She has a passion for preventative health and wellness, and enjoys getting to know her patients as a way to provide individualized care.
Kathryn is a native Southern Californian, but has lived and worked in the Bay Area for over 10 years. In her free time she enjoys staying physically active outdoors with her family, is an avid swimmer, and enjoys preparing vegetarian cuisine.
