For more than 30 years, Allergy and Asthma Medical Group of the Bay Area has provided the best in care to patients of all ages. AAMG’s ten board-certified physicians are leaders in the diagnosis and specialized treatment of asthma and a variety of allergic conditions. We are assisted by an outstanding staff of nurses, medical assistants, and office personnel. We have offices in Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Brentwood, Pleasanton, and Berkeley, covering both Contra Costa and Alameda counties.
Patient-centered care is at the heart of our practice. We take the time necessary to understand your particular needs. Our primary goal is to make you feel better walking out than when you walked in. Therefore, we carefully:

Allergy patients often are concerned about procedures used to diagnose and treat allergies. We trust that you will be pleasantly surprised. If you have concerns about your testing, feel free to call our office.
Our active Clinical Research Division in Walnut Creek conducts research trials for potential new treatments.
Our Pleasanton office collects, analyzes, and counts pollen samples every week, which reflect the pollen levels in Pleasanton and along the “680 corridor.” These weekly counts are then made public through the National Allergy Bureau. Click here for the weekly pollen report.

Medical Insurance Help
AAMG is a participating provider for most of the Preferred Provider Networks. We also contract with many of the HMO plans through our membership in Hill Physicians Medical Group, Muir Medical Group, Sutter Delta Medical Group, and Alta Bates Medical Group. Our dedicated insurance staff is experienced with HMO authorizations and will help you navigate the insurance maze. Children Our Waiting Rooms
Kids get to be kids at AAMG. We provide toys, books, and videos to watch in our office waiting rooms. They love gazing at the amazing saltwater fish aquarium in the Walnut Creek and Pleasanton offices. Every child receives a toy at the end of the visit.
Please feel free to bring your children with you when you visit us. We request that you leave food and beverages at home.
